Terms of Use
Last updated 13 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Meduseld Ltd for using Pantheon: the iPhone app, pnthn.app and joinpantheon.app. By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Meduseld Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17501234), registered office 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Email admin@meduseld.io.
Your account
- You must be 13 or over.
- Use an email address you control, and keep your sign-in links to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One account per person. Don't create accounts for anyone else or pretend to be someone you're not.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Settings → Delete account).
What you post
Your handle, bio, profile photo and Pantheons (which songs you pick and how you rank them) are yours. So we can run Pantheon, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive permission to store, show and share them: in the app, on pnthn.app, on share posters and in the combined rankings such as the World's Twelve. This permission ends when you delete your account. Rankings your votes have already contributed to, and posters or links other people have already shared, may remain.
Rules
Don't use Pantheon to:
- post anything hateful, harassing, sexual, threatening or illegal, including in your handle, bio or profile photo;
- use a photo you don't have the right to use, or a photo of someone else without their permission;
- impersonate anyone, or mislead people about who you are;
- spam, run bots, or create accounts to manipulate Clash results or rankings;
- scrape, copy or resell Pantheon's content or data, or interfere with how it works or its security.
Keeping Pantheon safe
We filter offensive words, and you can report or block anyone from the … button on their profile. Reports come to our team, who review them. We may remove content, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, usually without notice where the problem is serious. If you think we've got it wrong, email us.
Our intellectual property
The Pantheon name and logo, the app, its design and code, and these websites belong to Meduseld Ltd. You may use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't copy, modify or reuse our name, logo or design, or suggest you're connected with us, without our written permission. Share posters and pnthn.app links are made to be shared, so go ahead.
Some open-source software is used under its own licence; see Acknowledgements in the app's settings.
Music and Spotify
Song titles, artist names and album art belong to their owners and are provided by Spotify. Pantheon isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify, any artist or any record label. Listening links open Spotify, and Spotify's own terms apply there.
The service
Pantheon is free and currently in beta. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features, and if we ever close Pantheon we'll give you reasonable notice where we can.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. Otherwise, we're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable or that aren't caused by us breaking these terms, and, because Pantheon is free, our total liability to you is limited to £50.
Apple
These terms are between you and Meduseld Ltd, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for Pantheon or its content, or for maintenance, support, or any claims about the app. If the app fails to meet a warranty, you can tell Apple, and Apple's only obligation is any refund the law requires. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm you aren't located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and aren't on a US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell you in the app if a change matters. If you keep using Pantheon afterwards, the new terms apply. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
